DUI breathalyzers are inaccurate !  They are inaccurate for many reasons, but one of those reasons is
radio frequency interference ("RFI").

DUI breathalyzers can pick up from certain devices such as cellphones, police radios, AM and FM radios, fluorescent lights, fax machines, walkie-talkies, securi9ty cameras and microwaves, etc., radio frequencies that can cause inaccurate and false results on these breathalyzers, and thus create biases against drivers/suspects.

Some courts have held that admissibility of the DUI breath test may be compromised for failure to comply with the regulations showing that RFI protection procedures have been followed [State vs. Koch, 671 N.E. 2d 333 (Ohio App. 1996) ]., where police did not conduct RFI checks for all bands of police radio frequencies as required by state administrative codes.
