DUI breathalyzers are inaccurate and unreliable. And, consequently, not trustworthy.
It is established, I argue, that DUI breathalyzers do not directly measure blood alcohol content (BAC) or concentration (BAC), which requires the analysis of a blood sample. Instead, breathalyzers estimate BAC indirectly by measuring the amount of alcohol in one's breath.
