A DUI or DWI arrest is a very stressful event. A DUI or DWI conviction is a traumatic and life-

5. Police must corroborate personally any anonymous report of drunk driving by a defendant;
6. The standardized field sobriety tests were inaccurate;
7. Medical and health problems of the defendant;
8. The field sobriety tests were improperly administered;
9. Bad weather, high winds, slick roads, rain, etc.
10. Non-standardize field tests provided limited basis for arrest of defendant;
