Popular actor Burt Reynolds' multi-million dollar home in Florida is being foreclosed upon by the mortgagor/creditor, Merrill Lynch Credit Corp. The foreclosure sale is being sought by the bank allegedly because Reynolds is over 6 months late in house payments.
Florida, like Maryland and a few other states, has no foreclosure redemption law that would allow the famous actor to reclaim his home after the foreclosure sale.
